Returns imageYour purchases are never at risk! We will buy back any product you have purchased directly from us for a period of one month. If you don't think your purchase wasn't worth every penny you spent, contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and send it back to us packed well and insured. We don't care that you've used up materials during this 1-30 days of use.

Our policy is ours alone. Keep in mind that our products are sold through authorized dealers. We can not speak for their respective return policies. Contact the company that you plan to purchase through if you have any questions about their policy.

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are not refunded.
Laminators must not have been subject to abuse..
If during the first week from receipt you have a defective laminator, pack it up well and return it to us pre-paid. We will exchange the unit for a new one and pay for return shipping. After that initial week, the 1 year warranty must be redeemed through the manufacturer (GBC) direct. Retain your receipt for proof of purchase date. NOTE: International customers returning a defective unit must pay for shipping both ways.

Before returning goods, you must call us in advance to get an RMA number so we can track the return through the channels to get you your refund quickly. Return shipping should be via a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) and insured for original value!

Pack the item to be returned with AT LEAST 2" of packing material on all 6 sides of a good quality box. This is a requirement of both carriers in the event there is a claim against the shipment for damage. If upon inspection, the carriers' agent does not see that the product was properly packed (e.g. 2" of packing all around the product) you could stand to loose your insurance coverage resulting in a total loss with no refund. We will assist you on any questions you might have making a return.
